Bloating Water

So I have always been interested in the trending bloating waters that people have been claiming work. So I decided to try it out for myself. As I like to always be proactive in health and fitness I’m always trying to find the next big thing. So I decided to experiment and make bloating/ detox waters of my own. Water can be so boring drinking all day anyways, why not jazz it up? I decided to do 3 different flavors, Cucumber Lime, Strawberry Basil, and Blueberry Celery. I will have to say my favorite by far was the cucumber lime. The key to getting these waters to be helpful is putting the ingredients in first and then the water. There isn’t a real trick on how much you put in. However the more you put in the more flavor you get. You then let the water infuse over night. The flavor is really yummy in the morning. Now for the big question did it work? I did this for a week and lost 3 pounds from doing this. Now I exercise daily, eat healthy and try to drink half a gallon of water a day. Guacamole

I am half hispanic and there are few things that I love more than life itself and one of them is making hispanic food. I also am very careful in what I make though because I am an avid clean eater. I do it mostly because I love food that makes me feel good after eating.
